I am not the person I was 5 years ago. not even close. Pregnancy, birth and parenting has changed me and I know it will have or it will change you too. The transformation of this time is undeniable. We are not the same person and it is likely the self care, movement and stress management techniques that served us then do not have the same effect now.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHEN CAN I START ONLINE PREGNANCY YOGA?
Mellow Mummas recommends you are at least 13 weeks pregnant before beginning a course. Mellow Mummas On Demand Membership Site has specific practices for the first trimester as well as guided breathing and relaxation which are all suitable for weeks 0-12.
WHEN CAN I START ONLINE POST PARTUM YOGA?
Mellow Mummas recommends that you are around 6 weeks post partum for a vaginal delivery and 12 weeks post partum for an abdominal delivery. We also highly recommend a pelvic floor check up from a pelvic health specialist alongside your GP 6 week check.
