About the event

For parents/caregiver and babies from 6 weeks up to crawling age. 

This class is designed for parents or caregivers and their babies, offering a wonderful opportunity to bond and connect while exploring the benefits of yoga together. Whether you've tried yoga before or brand new to it, you are welcome at the class. 

Baby yoga provides a nurturing environment for both you and your little one to experience relaxation, gentle movement, and mindful connection. These age-appropriate assisted movements can help with:

  • digestion
  • comfort
  • brain development
  • getting ready for crawling

For the adults, the class offers a chance to de-stress, release tension, and cultivate a deeper connection with their baby.

No prior yoga experience is needed to attend this class—these sessions are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. I have been teaching yoga since 2011, you will be in safe hands as I guide you through each pose and technique, whilst ensuring a safe and supportive environment for you and your baby to explore this style of movement.

So whether you're seeking a moment of calm amidst the chaos of parenthood or simply want to connect with other like-minded individuals, our baby and me yoga class offers a supportive space for you to unwind, recharge, and connect with your little one.

Join me for our baby and me yoga class and experience the joys of yoga together with your little one!

Please bring:

  • a mat or blanket for baby to lay on
  • anything else baby might need for comfort

Need to know's:

  • Wear comfortable clothing you are able to move freely in.
  • Please prioritise baby's needs throughout the class, feeding, changing, rocking etc, whatever they need. 
  • There is plenty space for prams to be brought inside the studio and it is all on ground level
  • There will be a changing mat and spare wipes etc available
  • There is a limited amount of yoga mats so if you have your own please bring it along.
  • Suitable from 6-10 weeks post partum until baby is crawling
