Join me for a few free BABY AND ME YOGA classes in New Gorbals, Glasgow.
This class is to promote the upcoming 6 week block of Baby and Me Yoga and will be photographed for promtion.
For parents/caregiver and babies up to crawling age.
This class is designed for parents or caregivers and their babies, offering a wonderful opportunity to bond and connect while exploring the benefits of yoga together. Whether you've tried yoga before or brand new to it, you are welcome at the class.
Baby yoga provides a nurturing environment for both you and your little one to experience relaxation, gentle movement, and mindful connection. These age-appropriate assisted movements can help with:
