Baby-Centric Yoga Poses: Your baby will be gently guided through movements that promote coordination, motor skill development, and body awareness. Think gentle twists, rocking, and tummy-time variations.
Mindful Bonding: Through eye contact, touch, and playful interaction, our classes create a space for you to deepen the bond with your baby.
